SIBOR Joins Forces with RentSpree to Transform Rentals with RentEdge

SEATTLE (Dec. 9, 2025) - RentSpree, the industry’s leading end-to-end rental management platform, is pleased to announce that Staten Island Board of REALTORS® (SIBOR) has agreed to adopt RentEdge, RentSpree’s suite of MLS-integrated rental tools, furthering its mission to streamline rental workflows for agents and brokers in the New York City borough.

RentEdge is a modern, cloud-based platform designed to embed key rental functionality, such as tenant screening, listing distribution, lead generation and educational resources, directly into MLS systems. It offers a modular architecture so boards can pick and choose the features that best align with their members’ needs.
