RentSpree brings the individual parts of the rental application process together into one easy-to-use platform. Applicants can complete a digital application, authorize credit and background checks, verify income and submit everything securely online.

For renters, information from a completed application can carry over when they apply for another property through RentSpree, keeping them from having to re-enter the same details multiple times.

Once you're in RentSpree, applications and screening reports can be managed from the RentSpree dashboard, giving you one place to keep track of the rental application process.

Right where you need it

You'll find RentSpree in RPR's Additional Resources section on qualifying For Lease properties, in the Property Details section.

Scroll to Additional Resources on the Property Details page and select RentSpree. You'll click across to the RentSpree platform, where you can sign in or create an account and continue your rental workflow.

Enjoy the smooth transition from property research to the next step, without hopping between websites or wondering what comes next.
