This exciting partnership delivers two essential RentEdge modules to ConnectBLC, free of additional charge. BLC subscribers can use Screen to streamline tenant screening for clients, and automatically syndicate rental listings to RentSpree's network of rental sites with Distribute.

Screen. Agents can initiate tenant screening directly from ConnectBLC via ApplyLink. This means no separate logins, open tabs, or platform switching. One-click screening also means faster tenant qualification, shortening the time to lease signing and delivering a more professional experience for renters.

Distribute. Rental listings created in ConnectBLC automatically syndicate through RentSpree's ILS partner network, expanding agent exposure with no additional effort. Agents (and properties) get wider reach, more qualified leads, and better returns on every listing.
