After setting up your free tenant screening account, we’ll provide you with an application link (or ApplyLink) to distribute to prospective tenants. When applicants receive this link, they can complete a rental application, which will generate their tenant screening reports. Yes! If you’re unsure of the property address or want to set up a screening link in advance, simply select the “Screen without Property” option to skip the address input.
Yes! When you’re selecting reports, check the box for "Application only."
This is a type of credit score that is specifically designed for tenant screening services from TransUnion. Here are some reasons that a TransUnion ResidentScore is the way to go:
- The ResidentScore® uses, at a minimum, the same information that's factored for a FICO Score or any other credit score.
- The ResidentScore® analyzes resident records and uses additional rental data tailored for resident screening and rental history, so it’s a better predictor of rental outcomes.

Tenant screening reports expire after 30 days. This is in accordance with TransUnion regulations to protect the applicant's data.
