What We Do

Equality & Equity

About 70 percent of licensed real estate agents are women, but only 7 percent of chief executive officers in the industry identify as female. We’re on a mission to change this.

Women Supporting Women

Female mentorship and peer-to-peer conversations are a critical first step in overcoming inequalities in the workplace and in the industry, such as wage gaps and representation.

Lasting Connections

Make connections with like-minded women who support each other by sharing stories of successes and challenges, and to provide mentorship and advocacy.

How It Works

Ambassadors

RENEW carries two types of membership for female-identifying real estate professionals - Ambassadors are industry leaders and mentors.

Open membership

Open Membership provides access to networking opportunities and RENEW programming for all women in the industry.

Events & Programs

Attend in-person events and virtual events for networking and educational purposes, as well as other programming such as a quarterly newsletter.
