We’ve been in your shoes countless times before. Making the move to a new place means figuring out which apartment or house to rent. We also know this is much easier said than done. With all the fees, forms, and credit inquiries we had to deal with for each application we submitted, we knew there had to be a better way. On top of that, Los Angeles has its own unique issues to tackle. Which areas are best to rent an apartment in? How will my commute be and more importantly, how can I avoid that infamous LA traffic I’ve heard so much about?
The chances are good you’ve experienced many of the same problems as us, and probably many more. We’re here to give you the tools to improve your renting experience so you have one less thing to worry about. Let us handle the hard part.
We’re all recent graduates from business school right here in Southern California. Our small yet ambitious startup is breaking down the barriers of the rental process one problem at a time. Our vision is for renters to be able to seamlessly apply and be accepted to any property all from the comfort of their own homes.
