MARIS Joins RentSpree’s MLS Partnership Program to Simplify Rentals Throughout Missouri and Illinois
LOS ANGELES (Feb. 21, 2023) — RentSpree, the leading provider of rental software in the U.S., today announced that Mid-America Regional Information Systems (MARIS) is joining its multiple listing services partnership program, adding to RentSpree’s more than 300 partner organizations.
The new partnership will enable MARIS to help its 15,000 subscribers to better meet the rental needs across the important Missouri and Illinois housing markets. The region is a reflection of nationwide trends, dominated by affordability challenges as mortgage rates are likely to continue to only ease modestly this year.
