RentSpree Brings RentEdge to Greater Baton Rouge REALTORS®

RentSpree is partnering with the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS® (GBRAR) to bring RentEdge, its MLS-integrated rental platform, to real estate professionals across the Greater Baton Rouge region.

GBRAR represents more than 3,000 REALTORS® serving a diverse and resilient housing market shaped by population mobility, workforce growth, and long-term rental demand. In Louisiana’s capital region, rentals play a vital role in housing access, making it increasingly important for agents to have modern tools that support both renters and property owners with speed, transparency, and trust.

RentEdge embeds rental listings, applications, and tenant screening directly into the MLS environment, creating a more unified workflow for agents who manage both for-sale and rental transactions. Designed as a modular platform, RentEdge allows MLSs to adopt features that align with their members’ specific needs while maintaining flexibility as market conditions evolve.
