This holiday season, the RentSpree team is taking a moment to look back on all we've achieved this year and give thanks to all of our customers and partners.

As the holiday season approaches, the RentSpree team is taking this time to reflect on all we’ve accomplished this year and express our gratitude for our partners and customers. Whether you’re new to the RentSpree community or have been a fan since day one, we want to say thank you for all your continued support. We would not be where we are today without you! 

2023 introduced new products and capabilities

At RentSpree, we’re committed to creating solutions that easily connect agents, renters, and landlords and simplify the entire rental process. In addition to our core tenant screening product, we also launched new tools to specifically help renters and landlords. 

This year we launched two features to simplify the rent payment and collection process. With Rent Payment, renters can easily pay their monthly rent online with a variety of methods including ACH transfer, credit or debit card. Landlords can ensure their tenants never miss another payment and say goodbye to paper checks in the mail that can get lost or delayed. And renters can also build their credit with every on-time payment thanks to the brand new Credit Builder tool. 

In addition to Rent Payment, we also released new optimizations to our award-winning Tenant Screening solution. We’ve increased the accuracy of reports, giving applicants the ability to preview screening reports before they submit them so they can correct any glaring mistakes. Agents no longer need to enter a property address to request and view screening reports from applicants. And we’ve optimized reports so agents can easily read them on mobile devices when they’re on the go.

These are just a few of the updates and enhancements we’re making to our suite of rental tools—and we can’t wait to share what else we have coming to RentSpree in the coming year. 

Our partners and customers are at the heart of everything we do

Building the best rental solutions in the market means little if we didn’t have the support of our partners and customers. 

This year, we officially hit 2 million users on our rental platform, doubling our total user base in less than two years. We saw a 598% increase in revenue over the last three years, an accomplishment that landed us on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. 

In addition to our users, we also grew our partnerships and are grateful for the collaboration with several big name players in the real estate space. We’ve secured over 40 partners this year, bringing our total partnerships to. This includes partnering with influential organizations like SkySlope, realMLS, ABoR, and OneKey, and we’re looking forward to building future relationships with real estate associations, MLSs, brokerages and PropTech companies. 

A new year with new possibilities

As we look back on all we’ve achieved this year, we can’t thank our customers, partners, and RentSpree team for all that we’ve accomplished. We hit new milestones and launched innovative solutions, with several new projects we’re equally excited about currently in the works. 

With the new year quickly approaching, we’re taking this time to express our gratitude to everyone on this journey with us to transform the rental property space. While we can’t predict what’s coming next, we do know that we would not be here without all of your support and wish you all a happy holiday season.
