For years, agents and MLSs have recognized the expanding role of rentals in the housing ecosystem. Nearly 36 percent of U.S. households are renters, and affordability challenges have driven more consumers to rent longer. State-Wide MLS, the property data hub owned by the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®, is among the first MLSs in the nation to make RentEdge available to its members.
