Julie explains that being young in the industry was a challenge, as many realtors had been in the industry for a long time. However, she worked hard and gained experience, which ultimately led to her current role at Realtracs. Lauren and Julie also discuss some of the biggest issues facing women in the real estate industry, including a lack of diversity in leadership positions and the need for more mentorship and support for women. Overall, the episode provides insight into Julie's successful real estate career and sheds light on important topics surrounding women in the industry.
