1) Why did you decide to get into real estate?
I needed a different career and I wanted the freedom to run my own business and not have a boss to answer to or someone to tell me what to do. The harder I work the more I get paid, it doesn't go to someone else's pocket, but directly to my own.
2) What is one piece of advice that you wished you knew at the start of your real estate career?
Work as hard as you can for as long as you can and take every opportunity you get!
3) Why did you first start incorporating rentals/leases into your business and why do you continue to do so?
Rentals are the backbone to my business, in this market it is extremely hard to get a buyer accepted for a house when there are 30 contracts being considered. Doing rentals saved my business! Also renters turn into buyers, so if you stick with it for long enough you will build a massive pipeline of buyers!
4) What can we find you doing when you’re not working?
Hanging out with my girlfriend and watching movies, I'm a big movie buff!
