California real estate agent Mike Fava has been in the real estate business for 16 years as a full-time Realtor, with the last 11 years spent as a Broker. Born in Ventura County, Mike started his professional career in financial services which led him to identify his specific passion within Real Estate."I felt that my passion was more with assisting families and individuals w/ the purchase or sale of their home, rather then discussing and selling financial products."Mike is an active RentSpree user and has many active rental listings available.

Let's meet Mike Fava

1) What do you enjoy most about your job?

‍I love working with the public and helping solve their Real Estate concerns. Each situation is unique and I enjoy helping to problem solve until we have a successful transaction.

2) What is one piece of advice that you wished you knew at the start of your real estate career?

‍Never stop marketing. Agents tend to get busy with transactions and neglect the marketing side of the business.

‍3) Why did you first start incorporating rentals/leases into your business and why do you continue to do so?

‍I decided to incorporate rentals into my business to level out the instability of a Real Estate business. Rentals tend to be faster transactions and you get paid quicker than escrows. I found rentals to be a good way to balance out the slow times in Real Estate and it has been a great resource over the years for listings and buyer leads.

‍4) What can we find you doing when you’re not working?

‍When I am not working I tend to be at the baseball fields with my son. He is a travel ball player and has a very busy schedule.
