1) What do you enjoy most about your job?‍

I love the flexibility of my working schedule, the higher income potential and the fact that I get to see lots of beautifully built houses while meeting lots of beautiful people.

‍2) What is one piece of advice that you wished you knew at the start of your real estate career?

‍Sometimes you can be your best client. Always think about investing in real estate for yourself.

‍3) Why did you first start incorporating rentals/leases into your business and why do you continue to do so?

‍Because I have lots of rental properties myself, when my investment property count increased, my clients were able to learn from me, and asked for my help with buying rental properties, and handle the leasing, as a result leasing has become one of my main real estate transactions. ‍

4) What can we find you doing when you’re not working?

‍I like to travel, especially to Europe. I like exploring the history and cultural heritage of a country.
