Born in England, but raised in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, Archie decide to get into the real estate because he became a real estate investor and loved the idea of working with fellow investors.

Identifying solid investments for my clients.
2) What is one piece of advice that you wished you knew at the start of your real estate career?
Pay your taxes quarterly!
3) Why did you first start incorporating rentals/leases into your business and why do you continue to do so?
I primarily work with investors and rental properties are primarily investments. Rentals are very important because ultimately the rental income determines the sales value.
4) What can we find you doing when you’re not working?
Spending time with my wife and two kids or golfing.
