RentSpree AI Concierge Supplemental Terms
RentSpree’s AI Concierge is for informational and general guidance purposes only. In addition to these terms, use of the AI Concierge is subject to RentSpree’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using the AI Concierge you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Not Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice. Information provided by the AI Concierge does not constitute legal, financial, real estate, or professional advice of any kind. RentSpree is not a listing agent, real estate professional, credit reporting agency, law firm, or brokerage agent and does not counsel parties to real estate rental transactions. You are encouraged to consult a licensed real estate professional and/or a real estate attorney for guidance specific to your situation.
No Guarantee of Accuracy or Completeness. The AI Concierge may produce responses that are incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. As set out in our Terms of Service, this Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including any warranty that it will be error-free, accurate, adequate, complete, or timely.
Your Responsibility to Comply with Law. Laws, regulations, and policies governing the use of background screening reports, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (and state equivalents), fair housing, and related rental activities vary across states, cities, and other jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to use the AI Concierge in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Nothing the AI Concierge says should be relied upon as confirmation that any action is legally permissible in your jurisdiction. You may not use the AI Concierge as an automated decision-making tool that makes or materially informs a significant decision affecting a consumer, as required under California's CCPA/CPRA regulations, and any other applicable law.
Fair Housing. Federal, state, and local fair housing laws prohibit discrimination — including in advertising — based on race, color, religion, sex, physical or mental disability, familial status, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, marital status, or income source. The AI Concierge will not assist with any request that may violate fair housing laws, and any guidance provided does not substitute for your own legal compliance obligations. The AI Concierge may not be used algorithmically to artificially inflate apartment rents.
Forms and Templates Are Not Legal Advice. If the AI Concierge references any sample forms, templates, or documents, these are offered solely as a courtesy and should not be construed as legal advice. Laws governing these forms frequently change and differ by jurisdiction. You should consult legal counsel before relying on any such materials.
Limitation of Liability. As further set forth in our Terms of Service, RentSpree will not be liable to you or any third party for any losses, costs, damages, or liabilities of any kind resulting from your use of or access to its platform and services, including your reliance on any response generated by the AI Concierge.
Data and Privacy. Do not share sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or passwords) through this chat. Any information you share in the chat is subject to our Privacy Policy.
