Designed to enhance the tenant screening process, Premium bundle is an add-on that enables agents and landlords to conduct an even more thorough evaluation of rental applicants. Premium bundle comes with all the features available with RentSpree’s standard screening package plus three additional tools to save time and generate an in-depth view of an applicant’s income.

What’s new with Premium bundle tenant screening?

With the Premium bundle, agents and landlords gain access to three new tools: document requests, reference requests, and income estimate. 

  1. Document requests—Easily request, collect, and review documents like proof of income and government identification from applicants during the screening process. Simply select which documents you’d like applicants to submit along with their application and ensure you have all the information you need to make a decision.

  2. Reference requests—Instead of wasting time chasing down references, we’ll automatically request personal, employer, and landlord references on your behalf based on the contact information your applicant provided. All you need to do is wait for an applicant’s references to respond.

  3. Income estimate—Verify an applicant’s self-reported income on their application using TransUnion’s proprietary model to confirm the information provided is accurate. With the income estimate tool, agents and landlords can be confident they’re using all the most up to date information to vet an applicant.
