Introducing RentSpree's Universal Online Rental Application

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – RentSpree, the rapidly growing real estate tech startup that aims to disrupt the rental process, has gone live with its flagship product, the Universal Online Rental Application.
The Universal Online Rental Application allows applicants to save their information and is able to be used for multiple properties. In addition, it comes with tenant verification reports from TransUnion attached.
These reports include a credit report, background check, and eviction history as part of TransUnion's SmartMove package. Each credit check uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not damage the applicant's credit score, as opposed to a hard credit check that is used for mortgage approval.
The application itself is based on the California Association of Realtors Application to Rent, and it has all of the same fields as the CAR form. Unlike the CAR form, however, RentSpree's Universal Online Rental Application is able to be used on multiple properties without the applicant having to re-fill out the form. Pricing for the application is as follows – $30 for each application.
Applicants will be able to use the Universal Online Rental Application on all of the listings available through RentSpree's website, which span throughout Southern California.
