1) Why did you decide to get into real estate?
The fact that I can help clients to achieve their real estate goals. For many of them, since it could well be their biggest purchase or sale of their life, I feel sincere fulfillment when my job has helped them in so many ways in the process.

2) What is one piece of advice that you wished you knew at the start of your real estate career?
Let people know you're in the business and advocate for yourself.

3) Why did you first start incorporating rentals/leases into your business and why do you continue to do so?
I was helping a client to lease her property after the purchase and it has become part of the services I provide for my client since.

4) What can we find you doing when you’re not working?
Reading, painting, swimming, walking on the beach, traveling and enjoying a good time with family and friends. I am active in my community, an animal lover and dedicated to supporting education causes and charities for women and children's cancer research.

5) Do you have any active listings? rental or sales? If so, how many?

Yes. Sale. Just closed one. Have one active and another one coming soon.
