Yoshi Takita was bone and raised in Osaka, Japan. After receiving his high school diplomat in his hometown, he came to the United States for his college degrees. In 2002, he had received Real Estate License in the State of New York. And have been practicing Real Estate sales, lease, and Property Management since.
Currently he is serving Long Island Board of REALTOR® Global Business Committee, and New York State Association of REALTOR® Board of Director and Global Committee.
In addition, he is RPAC Major investor Golden R with President Circle since 2017
In 2022 Chairperson of National Association of REALTOR® Certified International Property Specialist Advisory Board, Global Ambassador to Indonesia, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
In 2019 he was a recipient of New York State Association of REALTOR® RPAC Hall of Fame, and Long Island Board of REALTOR® RPAC Hall of Fame, and 2022 National Association of REALTOR® RPAC Hall of Fame.
In 2019, he was appointed as Chair of (Long Island Board of REALTOR® Global Business Committee
In 2018, he has founded FIABCI Mongolia Chapter, and serving as founding director since.
In 2017-18, he was appointed National Association of REALTOR® President Liaison to Mongolia
In 2015, he was graduated National Association of REALTOR®Leadership Academy, class of 2015.
In 2014, he was appointed to be a chair of Long Island Board of REALTOR® Fair Housing and Diversity Committee.
In 2013, he was appointed to be a chair of New York State Association of REALTOR Fair Housing and Diversity Committee. And he has Founded AREAA NY East Chapter served as Founding Vice President.
In 2013, he was awarded LIBOR YPN (Long Island Board of REALTOR®, Young Professional Network) Top 20 under 40 ward.
