Cordell moved to the Manayunk area of Philadelphia in 2009. He has since been a resident of Manayunk for the last 15 years giving him first hand personal experience of the area. In 2018 Cordell became a licensed real estate agent and began his journey in real estate. He has stomped the pavement of many Philadelphia area neighborhoods such as Manayunk/Roxborough, King of Prussia, Conshohocken, East Falls, Chestnut Hill, Temple University, Fairmount, Fishtown, Northern Liberties, South Philly, University City, La Salle University, and Center City Philadelphia. Cordell started Becker Capital LLC and joined the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAR) in 2022.
