Cordell moved to the Manayunk area of Philadelphia in 2009. He has since been a resident of Manayunk for the last 17 years giving him first hand personal experience of the area. In 2018 Cordell became a licensed real estate agent and began his journey in real estate. He has stomped the pavement of many Philadelphia neighborhoods such as Manayunk, Chesnut Hill, Temple University, Fairmount, Fishtown, Northern Liberties, South Philly, University City, La Salle University, and Center City Philadelphia. Growing up in Montgomery County, Cordell is familiar with many areas outside of Philadelphia servicing Montgomery, Chester, Delware, & Berks Counties as well. Cordell started Becker Capital LLC and joined the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAR) in 2022.
