Included in your rent is: your own bed and bath, bed and tv in room (optional), private gated community access, 1 single parking spot in front of the house, bike garage parking, use of washer dryer, internet, manicured yards, cable, Ambient temperatures with ac always running, private home security system/cameras, share kitchen storage for food, some garage storage, reasonable use of electricity and water, trash. The home owner works out of town and is rarely home week days. There are two indoor cats on the property. And share responsibility of cleaning common areas and room are expected. Owner is willing to discount rent 100$ for tenants who are willing to help with care of cats and trash being brought up and down on trash day.
