Verifiable rental history demonstrating satisfactory tenancy, including timely rent payments, proper care of the unit, and compliance with lease terms.
Credit History
Credit history will be reviewed as part of the overall application. Credit is evaluated holistically and not based solely on score.
Income & Rent Responsibility
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to pay their portion of rent and other lease obligations. Lawful housing assistance, including housing vouchers, is considered income.
Background Screening
Background screening is conducted in compliance with applicable California law. Any adverse information is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and consistent with legal guidelines.
Occupancy Standards
Occupancy limits are set in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
