Bankruptcy’s and Evictions must be at least 2 years old. Some small pets are allowed with extra fees, and will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Tenant must have all of the utilities put in their name.
Every adult staying in the house that is 18 or older must complete an application. The application consists of a credit & background check which also includes income verification. The fee is $39.99 per application.
