* Positive rental or mortgage history
* No prior evictions
* No outstanding balances owed to previous landlords
* Favorable landlord references
### Occupancy
All occupants 18 years of age or older must submit a separate rental application.
### Required Documents
Each applicant must provide:
* Completed application
* Government-issued photo ID
* Proof of income
* Authorization for credit and background screening
### Pets
**No pets permitted.**
Service animals and approved assistance animals will be accommodated as required by applicable law.
### Smoking
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the property.
