This rental is for one bedroom, one person, with shared household amenities.Female preferred. No pets, no smoking, no drugs (including medical marijuana),no addicts, even if in recovery.
I take pride in maintaining a home that is clean,organized,and peaceful.Because of that,I’m looking for someone who naturally lives the same way-someone considerate, tidy, and mindful of shared spaces. Messiness and clutter simply don’t work in this household.You’ll also be sharing the home with my two mini schnauzers,who are truly part of my family. You won’t be responsible for their care,but you must be comfortable living with dogs and treating them gently.Their well‑being is non‑negotiable.Any behavior that harms or disrespects them will be considered a lease violation.
You’ll have your own guest bathroom,and I ask that it remain clean and uncluttered so it stays welcoming for visitors. This is a healthy,positive household,and I’m committed to keeping it that way.
Utilities are shared and not included in rent,including electricity, water, trash,internet,alarm ;no cable service in the home but you may;
• Use your own streaming accounts, or
• Split the cost of any shared streaming services.
As the homeowner,I take care of regular household upkeep but help in keeping home clean is a must. Any damage caused by a tenant,accidental or otherwise,must be repaired or paid for by the tenant. This ensures the home stays in excellent condition and supports a respectful living environment.
To ensure a safe and stable environment,must pass:
• Level 2 background screening/NCIS
• Child predator screening
• Credit and eviction history check
Proof of income and/or one year of continuous employment with the same employer required.
