• Credit Reports will be required to submit an application.
• Each applicant's FICO Credit Score must be 650+
• If the person applying for a rental has recently had any unpaid debts, evictions, negative payment history, collection accounts, bankruptcies, or tax liens that are mentioned in their credit report, it may decrease their chances of being chosen as a tenant.
• Only a Month-to-Month lease will be offered at this time.
• Tenants are responsible for all utilities (Electricity, Water, Gas)
• Tenant will be required to carry Renters Insurance (coverage amounts will be supplied.)
• Cats are welcome with a $350 one-time, non-refundable pet fee for each animal (maximum 2 pets). No dogs allowed.
