Pet & Animal Policy Pets: Considered on a case-by-case basis. Certain breeds may be restricted if excluded by the homeowner’s insurance policy. Proof of insurance coverage may be requested. Non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent apply. Pets must be licensed, vaccinated, and non-aggressive. Tenant is responsible for any damage or nuisance. Assistance Animals (Service Animals & ESAs): Not considered pets. No pet fees or breed/size restrictions apply. Requests are reviewed in compliance with the Fair Housing Act and Florida law. Insurance Exception: If a specific assistance animal would cause cancellation or major changes to the homeowner’s insurance policy, and no reasonable alternative coverage is available, the request may be denied as an undue financial/administrative burden. Each case will be evaluated individually.
