As April has come and gone, that only means one thing: It's time for RentSpree's featured agents of the month!
This month we have two agents who have both demonstrated a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Without further ado, here are our featured agents of the month.
Becky Chen has been in the real estate industry since 1989, serving as a a sales and broker associate. Her goal ever since then is to provide her clients with all of the possible tools to fulfill their real estate needs.
Becky currently works with Re/MAX Premier in Arcadia and serves the East and West San Gabriel Valleys. She takes character and integrity very seriously, saying that her biggest challenge has been dealing with those who are dishonest.
"Dealing with those who are unethical [is my biggest challenge]. Money comes and goes – having a good reputation with honesty and integrity is what makes a decent human to be respected," Becky says.
Brian Linder began his career as an architect and general contractor, and became a real estate agent in 2000. Brian has brought his love for design and art into his craft as an agent, and considers himself an Architecture Broker more than just a Realtor.
"I get to meet a lot of interesting people and get to look at a lot of great homes," Brian says. "Sometimes I can’t believe I get paid to do this! People who live in homes designed by architects tend to be more interesting than your average homeowner – they love art, architecture, music, literature, etc. I enjoy talking with them about their experience living in a work of art."
Brian has offices in both Los Angeles and Austin, Texas under the name of The Value of Architecture. However, he has sold properties across the country, as his craft knows no limits.
