Those that live in an apartment near Pasadena City College will tell you that the weather is some of the best in the world. Like most of Southern California, you can expect sunshine on most days, with rain being a rarity.
Temperature highs in the summer will average in the high-80s and low-90s in the summer, and in the winter the lows will average around mid-40s. Precipitation will occur mostly in the winter months as well.
As with most cities, there are areas in Pasadena that are safer than others. However, in general, Pasadena ranks among median cities’ crime rate in the United States. Like we always say, safety is a personal concern, and avoiding unsafe activities is always a good way to be secure.

The Rose Bowl is a California icon. Home to UCLA Football, the Rose Bowl hosts plenty of events and concerts around the year to keep you entertained.
A quaint shopping, arts, dining, and entertainment district, Old Pasadena serves as the downtown area. Home to numerous shops and dining and located close to many Pasadena apartments, Old Pasadena is a great destination for a night on the town. In addition, there is a Farmer’s Market every Sunday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Norton Simon Museum
One of the finest art museums in the country, the Norton Simon Museum is home to works from the likes of Rembrandt, Van Gogh, and Worhol. This is a must-visit location for any patron of the arts.
