Pierce College Geography
Los Angeles Pierce College’s main campus is located in the heart of Woodland Hills and is a part of the San Fernando Valley. Pierce College doesn’t currently offer on-campus housing to its students, so most students of Pierce College end up living off-campus renting either Warner Center apartments, Canoga Park apartments, or Woodland Hills apartments. These apartment rental options are great because they offer an extremely easy commute to Pierce College. Some students have cars, but many can easily get away without one by either walking or taking public transportation to campus. Other popular areas to live are Tarzana, Calabasas, Encino, and West Hills. But keep in mind that these areas will be further from campus.

The great thing about the area surrounding Los Angeles Pierce College is that there are a wide variety of stores and restaurants. Within a few square miles of the campus, you can easily get to the following supermarkets:

Aside from these, there are literally dozens of restaurants on nearby Ventura Boulevard. No matter what your food preferences are, there’s guaranteed to be something perfect near your Warner Center or Canoga Park apartment.
Pierce College Activities
Pierce College is also very close by to the massive Westfield Topanga Mall. This 2.1 million square foot indoor mall is located in Canoga Park and contains more than 350 retail stores. As an added bonus, you can also check out the brand new Village Stores also by Westfield in Topanga. This is an outdoor promenade-like area featuring comfy outdoor spaces with lounges and restaurants galore. It’s a fun place where you can hang out with friends or impress a date.
Overall, if you’re attending or planning to attend Los Angeles Pierce College, there are a variety of reasonable housing options available for rent at Canoga Park apartments, Warner Center apartments, or Woodland Hills apartments. Not only will you be very close to Pierce College, but the area has tons of neighborhood necessities within walking distance.
