Actress Brooke Shields recently listed her Los Angeles mansion for $35,000 a month. The 5,345-square-foot home, located in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood, features five bedrooms, six baths, a breakfast area, a dining area, a spacious family room, additional living space and a library with a study. The Swiss chalet-style residence has Douglas Fir wood floors throughout, a chef's kitchen with Viking appliances, white marble countertops, multiple fireplaces and balconies off of every room, highlighting the home’s canyon and mountain views. The gated lot, totaling 18,667 square feet, also includes a three-level entertainer's back yard, featuring a barbecue area with a wooden deck, a pool and a spa.
Daisy Fuentes, known as a television host, model and businesswoman, is seeking to rent her beachside Malibu home for $25,000 a month. The Las Flores Beach mansion features an oceanfront master suite, two guest suites and a spacious sleeping loft that could serve as a fourth bedroom. It also includes a gourmet Viking kitchen, vaulted ceilings, French oak floors, mahogany doors and windows, coral stone decks and hand-carved fireplaces. The beachfront abode also includes indoor-outdoor dining with sliding glass walls, a plethora of deck space and a private rooftop deck.
Radio personality and host of “The Herd” Colin Cowherd has listed his Manhattan Beach mansion for $15,000 a month after attempting to sell the property for $3.34 million earlier this year. The five-bedroom, three-bath Cape Cod-style home was built in 2015 and features superior finishes and unique craftsmanship. According to the listing, the residence includes Provenza wide plank hardwood, JELD-WYN windows, solid core doors, Carrera marble, Grohe fixtures and a SubZero-Wolf kitchen. The property also features a wine cellar, a disappearing door system leading to a slate patio with a fire pit and a built-in barbecue, a front yard privacy fence and a three-car side-by-side-by-side garage.
Oscar-winning producer Bruce Cohen recently listed his Sunset Strip home for sale at $1.5 million with an option to lease the residence for $12,500 a month, according to the listing. Renowned architect Lloyd Wright, Frank Lloyd Wright’s son, designed and built the 1,442-square-foot mid-century bungalow in 1959. The two-bed, two-bath residence has bright interiors with large living and dining areas, both of which open to a private outdoor area with a heated pool, lounging areas around and a view deck.
“Rizzoli & Isles” star Angie Harmon recently listed her 2,760-square-foot Brentwood home for $15,000 a month. The chic, traditional home includes four bedrooms, four baths, an updated kitchen, formal living and dining rooms and a family room. The master suite, located on the second floor, is light with white walls throughout and features a spacious closet and lounging area. The cul-de-sac property also has maintenance-free drought-friendly landscaping, a spacious pool, multiple lounging areas and a converted garage.
Actor John Cusack is looking to sell or rent his Malibu beachfront home, which he listed for $13.4 million or $75,000 a month. The 4,660-square-foot home was built in a Spanish style and features three bedrooms, including a master suite with its own large deck overlooking the beach. All of the decks on the home are safeguarded with glass railings to provide optimal views of the beach. The indoor living space also features large picturesque windows looking out toward the ocean.
Former “Biggest Loser” trainer and fitness guru Jillian Michaels also is looking to sell or rent her beachfront Malibu home she recently renovated. The home, listed for $9.75 million, also can be rented for $40,000 per month or $65,000 per month if furnished. The elegant, modern home gives a 180 degree view of Las Flores Beach, and the multi-level property features retractable walls of glass all opening out to the expansive oceanfront decks. The main floor of the three-bedroom, four-bath home includes a great room with high-end finishes, including custom natural rift white oak stairs, and a designer kitchen with Caesar stone counter tops.
