The daughter of a real estate broker, Denise Kees was destined to make an impact in the real estate industry.
She began her work in real estate at the age of 10, when she would re-copy 1003 loan applications , a job given to her because of her neat handwriting.
After receiving a college degree with a minor in Real Estate and Law, Denise officially began her real estate career in 2005 after passing her broker’s test.
Denise serves the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in the Alameda and Contra Costa counties. She has achieved her success in large part to her dedication to customer service.
"Many REALTORS® never show the amount of work, and sometimes money from their own pocket, it takes to close a deal because it’s all about service," Kees said. "At the end of the day I know it will pay for itself."
Her obsession with giving her clients the best experience as possible has allowed her to branch out and try new technologies and methods to streamline her transactions as much as possible.
She says that RentSpree is one of these tools that has helped her greatly in her job.
"RentSpree saved me so much time," Kees said. "Rather than be inundated with applications and trying to run credit reports well into the night, RentSpree offers an easier way to keep track of tenants that were serious about renting and freed up my time to market the property and update my clients. I was able to deal with 4 times as many applicants than I would have the old way."
Despite being involved in real estate since she was 10, the business hasn’t gotten mundane to her and she says that she couldn’t possibly imagine doing anything as rewarding and exciting as real estate.
"I love that our industry allows for innovation while focusing on the most important aspect of our jobs, service," Kees said. "I look forward to being able to incorporate more technologies and strategies that will give even better service to my clients."
